We are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to join our dedicated team, with a focus on supporting women through the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. Our clinic provides compassionate, evidence-based and evidence-informed care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

About Us

Calgary Menopause Wellness specializes in women’s health during a time of menopausal transition at any age. We are committed to empowering patients through individualized care that integrates menopause hormone therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle support.

The Role

We are seeking an associate Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about women’s health and eager to grow within a supportive clinic. This is an independent contractor position, ideal for someone who values collaboration and mentorship while maintaining professional autonomy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, individualized naturopathic care with a focus on perimenopause and menopause.
  • Offer integrative treatment plans that may include lifestyle counselling, nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and menopause hormone therapy guidance.
  • Participate in occasional team meetings, patient education initiatives, and community outreach.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA).
  • Presently certified by The Menopause Society or actively working towards the certification, ie. active membership with the organization.
  • Training or strong interest in women’s health, midlife, and menopause. Experience in other female centric ailment is an asset. 
  • Proficiency in acupuncture, IM injection, and IV therapy are an asset.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and eager to build a practice within a team setting.
  • Comfortability communicating with other health providers regarding mutual patient management including but not limited to family physicians, nurse practitioners, specialists, alternative therapists.
